This smoothie is great as an on-the-go breakfast or snack that won’t leave you hungry shortly after. Three key ingredients combine to make this smoothie more filling than most: protein-rich Greek yogurt, fiber-filled blueberries and avocado with its heart-healthy fats (1,2). For a slightly different flavor profile, use frozen mixed berries in place of blueberries.
